If this is a rental handover or property sale, agree on the condition required with the person receiving the keys. Our moving and removal services do not automatically include cleaning or repairs.
Confirm what must remain
Keep fixtures and items belonging to the property out of the removal list. Resolve ownership questions with the owner or manager before scheduling.
Make the exit usable
Leave halls and stairs clear. Tell us about shared entrances and any approved loading location so the carrying work can be discussed accurately.
Review the rooms again
Once the moving and removal lists are complete, check cupboards and storage spaces for overlooked belongings. Retain keys and important paperwork yourself.
