Identify unwanted pieces by room. Include approximate sizes and tell us if anything is upstairs, downstairs or difficult to reach. Keep personal documents and belongings you want out of the removal area.

Could your regular Lake Villa pickup handle it?
The Village’s LRS program includes one eligible bulk item per week. Items over 50 pounds need advance arrangements with LRS, and additional bulk pieces require stickers. Check the current rules for your address before carrying anything outside.
For several rooms of unwanted furniture, help carrying items out, or a move with a firm handover date, call us to discuss a separate junk-removal job. Our estimate and schedule are independent of the Village collection service.

Start with access
Describe driveway space, entry steps, narrow landings and the room where each large item sits. Check that someone can open gates and doors on the day.
Keep the two loads distinct
Mark items for moving separately from items for removal. If both services are needed, ask us to confirm their order and how each part will be priced.
Discuss the whole estimate
Review labor minimums, travel, packing materials and special handling before reserving. Being based in Lake Villa does not mean a job has no travel charge.
