Check that your resident service is active before relying on it for unpacking waste. Ask the provider about cardboard preparation and any large items; a regular cart service does not describe a private furniture-carrying job.

No. The Village’s resident collection provider and Second Chance are separate businesses. Contact us directly for a moving or removal estimate.
Can old furniture go to another home instead of being removed?
Explain that you want it moved and provide the second address. Confirm the destination, handling and schedule with us rather than labeling the item as junk.
Should I mix unpacking materials with unwanted furniture?
Keep them identifiable and separate for the quote. Check resident recycling instructions for cardboard, and tell us exactly which remaining materials you want assessed for removal.
